A recent survey asked middle managers and senior support
staff to list their complaints about the technical documents they use
everyday. The FOUR major complaints were:
- Too much jargon and technical language,
- Poor organization and structure,
- Complex and confusing materials, and
- Poor writing.
Surprised? Probably not…neither was I, but I was pleased! You see, so
